Lintel Replacement
The weak link in masonry building construction can often be found holding up the brickwork over window and door openings. Most typically this supporting element is steel which is subject to rusting, resulting in loss of strength and a potentially hazardous condition. In addition, the rusting steel expands in size heaving the masonry around it destroying the facade. Boccia Inc. will never just replace the steel in kind so it can happen again. Every lintel they replace is galvanized and includes a through wall flashing detail with end damns and a weep system.

Brick Replacement
Cracked brickwork or weathered eroded joints are common conditions found on masonry structures. This results in loss of water tightness which will lead to water intrusion into the building envelope and accelerated deterioration. The possibility of pieces of the building falling onto the sidewalks below can create a hazardous condition.
